Hi, I am Anjali Dulwani, aka Miss Loombastic.
I am an amigurumi artist and teacher and have shared this craft with over 160+ students the world over. Amigurumi 101 is my flagship beginners workshop. It is designed to help absolute beginners, become able amigurumists.
Our relationship does not end with just this workshop though.
Once enrolled, you are a lifelong member of our Loombastic Amigurumi Community. Connect with fellow amigurumists, share ideas, patterns and your passion for crochet and amigurumi. I can’t wait to share this wonderful, therapeutic and utterly cute craft with you.
Anyone over the age of 10 can learn this craft. If you haven’t held a yarn and hook before, the Amigurumi 101 workshop will introduce you to the craft and guide you all the way to becoming an independent crafter.
A total of 16-18 hours of learning spread over 30 days. 2 classes per week of 2 hours each. 15 bonus days in case of any last minute rescheduling.
No. Once you register and make the payment, we will be shipping you a complete kit, inclusive in the fees. The kit includes 6 balls of yarn, 1 hook, darning needle, stitch markers, black yarn floss, and stuffing.
Yes. However, some stitches are made differently in amigurumi as compared to crochet. This would involve unlearning some habits, but crocheters usually pick up amigurumi quickly
The workshop of 18 hours of learning needs to be completed within 45 days of starting. In case you are not eligible for bonus days, every class after that will be chargeable at Rs. 1000. For those eligible for bonus dates the same holds after the grace period of 45 days.
